INFORMATION & SETTING
Rappaport's law strictly forbids any fraternization with non magical folk. Witches and Wizards have long been forbidden from any intermingling; no friendship, certainly no romance. Support for a repeal grows, though, and many fear North America's magical line dying out without fresh bloodlines. Mysterious disappearances tied to witch hunters have occurred throughout the magical community, however. So, which fear will win out? The fear of being wiped out or the fear of fading away?

It looks like the Horned Serpent chasers are going for another organized move! These alternates must have something to prove. Looking to get on the starting lineup, guys? Keep it up! Here we see the starts of the Parkin’s Pincer! Brewster’s coming in from the left and little Baker seems to be coming in from the right, with Parish coming head on for the steal! Formation doesn’t seem quite the best, but hey, they’re trying it out! Good on them!

Giles tries to cut off Brewster’s path...Brewster gets by her but it costs precious seconds! Brewster lags behind the rest of the formation, giving Stanwick an out to swerve around Parish! Stanwick breaks away from the Horned Serpent chasers...Boyle cuts off Parish’s path...Parish can’t catch up in time! Baker tries, but no...Stanwick zips across the field!

Gordon and Maloney both aim bludgers at Horned Serpent keeper, Abreu! Oh here comes Beltz...Beltz hits Gordon’s bludger for a redirect...oh, what a hit! The bludger crashes into Giles’ back, she never saw it coming! That had to hurt...it doesn’t look like anything’s broken, at least, so that’s something! This has been a violent game, my friends.

Edison attempts to redirect Maloney’s bludger but her swing misses! Bad luck, Horned Serpent! The bludger sails forth unimpeded and hits Abreu just as Stanwick reaches the scoring box! Stanwick shoots...Abreu’s distracted from the bludger hit, Stanwick makes the first score of the game for Wampus! It’s 10-0 now, folks!

"Yes! Yes!" Gunny whooped as Stanwick made his way across the field. "Go, Stanwick, go!" And they scored! Thanks to his bludger, after all. That was fantastic. He'd pretty much opened up the hoops for his team to score. So really that score was thanks to him. He laughed, turning to head off toward a bludger. He'd been too caught up watching the score unfold, it seemed. Those brats from Horned Serpent got to both bludgers first. Crap.

Once again, the Horned Serpent chasers fall in line for a coordinated move. The Hawkshead is looking better this time around, guys! I’m feeling it! Giles looks to be a bit stunned by her bludger hit and isn’t doing much to stop them. Stanwick attempts to trip up Brewster, but Brewster is not going to be caught up easily this time around. She swerves around Stanwick and falls right back into formation. That was smooth Dion!

Beltz hits a bludger toward Edwards...Gordon tries to redirect but the bludger glances off the end of his bat! The bludger connects with the Wampus keeper, but it seems to be just a glancing hit. Edwards shakes it off, looking ready as the hawkshead approaches! Edison takes aim on the other bludger...she swings...that bludger is flying toward the mess of chasers...I think she was aiming for Stanwick?

Maloney charges in for the redirect! It’s a solid hit! The bludger connects with Parish’s chest! Crimeny, guys, can we lay off the kid with the broken elbow? Good lord...You might want to lay low, Parish! Maybe it’s for the best that you dropped the quaffle...Boyle’s lurking below and gets his hands on the ball. What a game this has been so far, folks!
